Savannah Pride takes place in mid-September - the official date hasn't yet been announced, but based on last year's event, it will likely take place this year on September 8, 2012, with several related events taking place throughout the weekend. It continues to develop into a major event, in keeping with the steady growth of the GLBT community in this charming, historic city in coastal Georgia. Pride takes place right in the heart of the city at beautiful Forsyth Park, which was a change of venue begun last year.
