French Quarter Market Place, on Santa Monica Boulevard

On the east side of West Hollywood, the French Quarter Market Place is a favorite gathering place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - the restaurant serves decent and affordable diner-style fare, with a few New Orleans dishes on the menu. Also inside are a few gay-oriented shops and businesses, such as Baby Jane of Hollywood, for vintage movie posters, celeb autographs, and photos. A long-time tenant, Dorothy's Surrender, which carried Pride gifts, has since closed.
