A snazzy, handsomely designed bar on several levels (three are open on weekdays, and all six floors on weekends) in the heart of Montreal's Gay Village, Le Drugstore (1366 Rue Ste-Catherine E, 514-524-1960) offers a little something for everyone - one level has a few billiards tables, another has a cafe with decent snacks. On most levels you'll find at least one bar, and the crowd varies a bit depending on the floor. Le Drugstore is one of Montreal's top lesbian hangouts, but it's also popular with gay men of all ages. In warm weather you can relax on the patio. This is one of the mainstays of this very lively, bustling neighborhood.
