Artisan cheese plate, served at Tendrils Restaurant, Cave B Inn

The just-the-right-size artisan cheese plate at Tendrils comes with three cheeses (there's an emphasis on dairies from Washington state), house-made flatbread, local mountain wildflower honeycomb, and a selection of fresh grapes and apple slices. I had mine with a glass of Cuvee de Soleil, a Bordeaux blend produced by Cave B Estate's terrific on-site winery.
