Naked Tchopstix sushi and Pan-Asian restaurant, Broad Ripple Village

Fun and festive with a clever decor, a sassy staff, and a hip following with fans of creative Pan-Asian fare and exquisite sushi, the playfully named Naked Tchopstix (6253 N. College Ave., 317-252-5555) has made great strides in popularizing Japanese food in Indianapolis. A fixture in the gay-popular Broad Ripple Village neighborhood, this brightly decorated place opens at 11 am daily and stays open late, until midnight Thursday through Saturday. The menu tends toward Korean and Japanese fare (with some Thai and Chinese dishes offered as well), such as salmon tataki, Korean spicy chicken, Korean charbroiled ribs.
