Mangos restaurant and music club, on Las Olas Boulevard

Las Olas Boulevard is lined with impressive restaurants, and Mangos (904 E. Las Olas Blvd., 954-523-5001) has held its own among them for many years, serving up both tasty and reasonably priced American food and engaging live jazz, Latin, and pop tunes. The long menu includes a little of everything, from sandwiches and wraps (the grilled mahimahi is excellent) to more substantial entrees, from seafood lasagna to whole fried rainbow trout with a sweet-pepper cream sauce. This is also a popular place for cocktails or desserts.
