Out along the coast of the Florida Panhandle, the picturesque vacation getaway of Panama City has become famous as a destination for spring-breaking college students in the past couple of decades - it's primarily popular with hetero college kids, but this city and adjacent barrier island is steadily developing more gay cachet.
